Which payment methods do you accept? 

In Canada, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express debit, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Take note that all our prices are in Canadian dollars. 

Do your products come with a warranty?

If within 90 days following your purchase you notice a manufacturing defect or damaged don’t hesitate to give us a shout, and we will gladly exchange it for you.

What is your return policy?

Considering the nature of our products, we do not provide reimbursements or offer returns, especially once the underwear has been worn because we can’t resell it.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the U.S., Canada, France, and the UK.

What is your shipping method?

We use Canada Post for all Canadian and international orders. As for the orders from the U.S., we employ USPS. If a unit or apartment is associated with your address, please include it.

What is the delay before receiving my order?

For an order with only 1 item:

U.S. orders are shipped through Canada Post and then transferred to USPS for final delivery. You should receive your package between 8 and 10 business days. In the meantime, you can track it.

Canadian orders are shipped through Canada Post, which means that you can expect your package between 3 and 5 business days. However, you will not be able to track it.

International orders (France & the UK) are shipped through Canada Post. You can expect to receive your package between 6 and 10 business days, during which time you can track your order. Take note that where Customs Charges and Duties apply, the customer pays the fees.

Inevitable delays may occur during the holidays or when a large amount of orders must be fulfilled.

For orders of 2 items or more:

U.S. orders are shipped through Canada Post and then transferred to USPS for final delivery. You should receive your package between 7 and 9 business days and will be able to track it.

Canadian orders are shipped through Canada Post. You can expect your package between 1 and 3 business days.In the meantime, you can track it.

International orders (France & the UK) are shipped through Canada Post. The delay for receiving your package is between 4 and 8 business days, during which time you can track your order. Take note that where Customs Charges and Duties apply, the customer pays the fees.

My tracking information indicates that my order has been delivered, but I haven’t received it! What are my options?

Contact your local carrier’s office to find out whether or not your package has been left at your address or a nearby office. In some cases, a package will be left at the local carrier’s office if the recipient was not there to receive it. In most cases, the parcel is delivered to a neighbour or a nearby address. Give it a little time to find its way back to you. If you have not been able to locate your package, send an email to support@buttandco.ca.

What are the washing instructions?

Set the washing machine to the gentle cycle for your Hook underwear. Use cold water. and air-dry to prevent premature damage. Don’t iron or dry clean your underwear. 

When in doubt, rely on the product labels or packaging for washing instructions.

How can I find my perfect boxer size?

You should always refer to our boxer size chart before making your purchase. Your waist size corresponds to the right size for your underwear. If you’re in between sizes, we recommend you choose the larger size for a looser fit and a smaller size for a tighter fit.

There may be slight variations from one boxer to the next ranging from half an inch to an inch because our underwear is handcrafted. This could mean a small difference in fit but nothing major to make you experience discomfort.

Can I choose the boxers that will go in my Prepack?

Our discounted Prepacks cannot be customized because they include the current inventor. That’s why we’re able to offer such a great deal at a very low price. 

When my product arrived, it was damaged. What should I do?

If you made a mistake in your purchase, contact us as soon as possible so that we can modify your order before it gets shipped. If the order has already been shipped, take note that any additional deliveries will be at your expense. Contact us at support@buttandco.ca
